As manufacturing bases of domestic manufacturers shift overseas, Nakashimada's machines are increasingly making an impact internationally.
In response to this trend, Nakashimada expanded its overseas presence, establishing bases in Germany in 2003, Los Angeles in 2005, and Shenzhen (China) in 2011. Additionally, we have built a network of sales agents in 17 countries including Thailand, South Korea, Australia, and Italy, allowing Nakashimada's products to reach a global audience.
Nakashimada regards support as its primary sales activity. All drawings of header formers developed and manufactured so far are securely stored. We boast a supply rate of almost 100% for replacement parts. Even if products are resold, parts can be identified by serial numbers. Of course, our support network is also global. Particularly in various Asian countries where older Nakashimada machines are circulating, the availability of aftermarket parts has received high praise in the second-hand market. At Nakashimada, every employee deeply understands the importance of technical explanations and maintenance services, and we provide reliable support domestically and internationally, not only in sales activities leading up to delivery.
