After Parts

Supply of parts is possible for even the oldest machines

Nakashimada's header and parts formers are manufactured with the assumption of long-term usage. Therefore, approximately 10,000 drawings of the machines we have produced so far are stored in our archives. With just the serial number, parts supply is possible for any machine, no matter how old. We occasionally receive requests for spare parts for products manufactured 40 years ago, which illustrates the enduring popularity of Nakashimada products. This also serves as a testament to the remarkable durability of Nakashimada products. With the capability for overhauls, our machines have gained worldwide trust as equipment that can be used for extended periods.

Overhaul / Retrofit

We will restore your machines, which you have been using for many years, back to their original state as close as possible to the new condition they were in at the time of delivery.

  • In principle, a complete overhaul is performed by bringing the product to our factory, completely disassembling it, inspecting all parts, and then replacing, adjusting, and matching the necessary parts.

  • Depending on conditions such as the model, engine condition, order and delivery date, the work will generally take 2 to 3 months.

  • At the same time, we will respond to orders for retrofits centered on electrical systems, such as adding various monitors and installing inverters, to the extent technically possible.

  • The warranty period for the machine body after a full overhaul is 6 months from the date of delivery.

All machines manufactured by our company are brought in for a complete overhaul and will be as good as new. The warranty period for the machine itself is 6 months after delivery. We also respond to requests for optional retrofits, mainly for electrical components and safety equipment, to the extent technically possible. In the case of specification changes for overseas, the safety is as good as the current model new product./Additional measures are required to comply with laws and regulations such as environmental standards or export regulations.

Rebuild

Our maintenance machinery is limited to machines that can maintain the same level of quality as new machines throughout the period of use after delivery.
To meet this requirement, we base our selection solely on machines that satisfy the following conditions:

  • The machine must generally be one of our manufactured models and be within 25 years from the date of production.

  • The machine must not have undergone modifications that would make it difficult to restore to its original condition.

  • There should be no uncertainties regarding the machine's history, such as the absence of the original rating label (manufacturing machine number plate).

Upon meeting these conditions, we conduct a comprehensive refurbishment, including the possibility of the aforementioned overhaul, if necessary.
Therefore, we strive to accommodate technical modifications from the original specifications to the extent feasible (note).

In the case of modifications for overseas markets

    Additional measures are required to comply with regulations such as current model-level safety/environmental standards or export controls.

Please note that the warranty period is 6 months from the date of delivery.
