Nakashimada's unique experience is utilized in polishing and assembly. For example, press-fitting and finishing micro-tools are difficult to machine, so they must be finished by hand. If the diamond powder count, number of times of polishing, and amount of force are all correct, a good tool cannot be made. The skills of skilled workers are utilized.
Trial progress report/Inspection
We will attach the tool to the selected machine and perform a trial run.

Please feel free to communicate any specific requests, such as tool development, and we will accommodate them.

Samples are submitted and the machine is shipped after approval.
The tool drawings are also sent with the tools.
